Our New FaMiLy Tradition!

I bought a PORK CROWN ROAST not really knowing what it was, but thought it would be something different for us to try!  We cooked it on12/20/12 and it turned out DELICIOUS!  We ate it with CANDLELIGHT and the GLOW of the CHRISTMAS TREES!  We decided this needed to be a NEW TRADITION for OUR FAMILY 5 days before CHRISTMAS each year!  Don't know if it will end up on that exact date each year, but it would be FUN to start a NEW TASTY TRADITION!
